Fluid Ink Technology provides press side service to all of our customers -- we are partners. This is not limited to only press side application support but extends to training seminars in many aspects of the Flexographic printing process. Since your technical support requirements can not be scheduled, our Field Service at Fluid Ink Technology does not take place on an eight to five schedule. We stand ready when you need technical sales and service. Fluid Ink Technology understands that our business is a service business and we are ready to offer that service to our partners on a 24/7 -- on call basis.
