Fluid Ink Technology has developed a “Quality Technical Audit” system that will maximize a pressroom's quality and efficiency by identifying variables that may negatively impact the printing process, while at the same time offering suggestions for improving processes and production output. It consists of evaluating processes in both the prepress and pressroom areas, which are completed by trained Fluid Ink Technology technical representatives. Each “Quality Technical Audit” requires a commitment of time from production personnel and most importantly upper management.

The “Quality Technical Audit” allows Fluid Ink Technology to optimize ink for your specific needs and deliver it where and when you need it. Special color matches or unique printing challenges receive the same attention to detail. On-site technical support and press audits are part of our commitment to helping you improve your operational efficiency.

APPROACH

1. Technical-Audit
   Fluid Ink Technology’s technical support personnel provide expert service in which key running parameters of a company's individual presses including on press ink chemistry and press conditions (anilox rolls; doctor blade ware; chill roller temperatures, heat settings, etc.) are measured, and actions are recommended to optimize their press operation.
2. Training
   “Quality Technical Audit” has a range of training and teaching initiatives designed to help customers get the most out of their staff and machinery.   It includes troubleshooting a variety of problems, tailored training courses to meet individual customer personnel needs relating to ink; printing and related products.
3. Final-Tuning
   When processes have been stabilized through the technical audit and tailored training has been completed, the Fluid Ink Technology team can start fine tuning inks and the customers' choice of print supplies and their utilization.
